I Have Been Experiencing Different Types Of Pains In My

I have been experiencing different types of pains in my chest and left breast for the last couple weeks, first it started when I layed down at night, and now it has been bothering me all day and odd shooting types of pain in my left breast tonight. Even my left nipple is involved. Blood pressure readings are in a decent range 120/88 and pulse has been 85-88 tonight. Does this sound like a heart issue? I am on Atoravastatin and take Verapamil 180 mg at night plus Triamterene HCTZ 37.5-25 mg.
