I have been experiencing dizziness along with a host of other symptoms for over a year now. I have seen an internist, had a stand up mri(without contrast and just said was a bit hard to read due to shakiness, had a stress test(which did show a dip in blood pressure on standing, but blood pressure usually in normal range), seen an ent which confirmed a difference from one ear canal to the other but nothing that can really be done about it,had pt for inner ear, tried allergy meds, normal blood tests besides testing positive for sjogrens. I notice my vision has decreased, my thinking requires more effort, I can literally turn over in bed and feel as though I will pass out. I feel as though I am walking sideways or will fall forward most mornings that last troughout the day. I am much more short of breath than usual, as if someone is standing on my lungs. I had an echocardiogram that only showed borderline abnormal something? I have had to use my children's inhaler that is years old just to get a breath of air. I also feel internal swelling of my hands and feet when I wake up, I'm thirsty quite often from the sjogrens. I feel as though my circulation is way off. It feels as though I have raynaulds since my hands lose all circulation and get pure white and burn in any cool temperature. I am very concerned and not sure if it is all linked or who to see or what to do. I have a few thyroid nodules but blood test on thyroid comes out fine. ????
