I Have Been Experiencing Dizziness And A Pain At The

I have been experiencing dizziness and a pain at the bridge of my nose. I have been treated for a sinus infection with multiple doses of antibiotics and a set of steroids. I went to an ent and he said my sinuses were clear and fine. He gave some medication to help the dizziness but it didn't help. I still feel the bridge of my nose and am dizzy? Any ideas what it could be?
