I Have Been Experiencing Dizziness And Spinning When I Lie

I have been experiencing dizziness and spinning when I lie down, recently. Just for this past week.

I feel fine otherwise. I do take meds for CAD: Bystolic, Hydrochlorothyazide, atorvastatin, amaldipinie besylate, benicor & 81 mg aspirin.

It has just happened to me a few nights ago when I lie down.
