I Have Been Experiencing Dizziness, Light-headedness At Work, Almost To

I have been experiencing dizziness, light-headedness at work, almost to the point where I feel like I am going to fall over whether sitting or standing. I have a desk job, that I sit at a computer most of the time. My head, neck and upper back also hurt. Could this all be caused by poor posture?
