I Have Been Experiencing Dizziness, Lightheaded Feeling And Off Balance

I have been experiencing dizziness, lightheaded feeling and off balance for about 3 weeks now . My head feels heavy at times as well. It feels better when I close my eyes sometimes. It also feels like sometimes my ears are a little plugged.. Could this be something to do with my ears? Should I go in to a medi center?
