I Have Been Experiencing Dizziness, Numbness In My Hands, Legs,

I have been experiencing dizziness, numbness in my hands, legs, and arms, and bottom lip, I feel tingling all over that lasts for a short time, lack of energy, I'm always tired no matter how much sleep I get. It almost feels like I lose control of my motor skills for a very short period, also my heart rate goes up when this happens, do I need to see a doctor right away?
