I Have Been Experiencing Dizziness When Lying In Bed When

I have been experiencing dizziness when lying in bed when I turn my head since Friday night. Sunday evening, while lying in bed the room started to spin and my eyesight was blurry for maybe 60-90 seconds. Monday morning, I have been dizzy and unstable when I am up and walking. I also noted a sore spot on my forehead that I did not have yesterday and a very mild headache. I also had some mild diarrhea. Back in Feb. 2007 I had a bad ski accident with a major concussion and bleeding on the brain. Could this be related? I have not taken any new prescriptions, no fever and have stayed hydrated.
