I Have Been Experiencing Dizzy And Vertigo Spells Since 2012

I have been experiencing dizzy and vertigo spells since 2012 and recently also(two weeks ago) had one which is not gone off 100% and still feel heavy limbs and fatigue excessive yawning. i have been diagnose with MVP and high blood pressure (on medication).what could be the reason for random dizzy spells?
