I Have Been Experiencing Ear Ache In My Right Ear

I have been experiencing ear ache in my right ear and tenderness of scalp in one area on the top right side. Not all the time but some times. I also feel pain in my neck on the right side when I bend my neck as if stretching it. My doctor said there is no ear infection, CT scan of head came clear. The blood test did show a highier count of lymphicites (I think..). Should I be concerned.. I had it for about two months now.
