I Have Been Experiencing Extreme Pain, Burning, Numbness, And Slight

I have been experiencing extreme pain, burning, numbness, and slight swelling in my left hand that seems to begin below my elbow. This occurs about every hour day and night ad lasts about 15 minutes. It has been getting worse over the last 3 months. The pain is unbearable when the bout is occurring. I havet selpt a good nights rest in months because it wakes me from a deep sleep.
