I Have Been Experiencing Frequent Ulcers In My Mouth Since

I have been experiencing frequent ulcers in my mouth since the first of December 2015. As soon as one is about to go away, another one pops up. I have also had a lot of hair loss in the last few year. I also feel as though my skin looks pale too

. I little history: My dad gets ulcers in his mouth and I have always gotten them since I can remember. Usually when I get one, I get through it and then it goes away and then it will probably be another 4-6 months before I get another one. (Probably get them twice or more a year). Never have I gotten them back to back for longer than a month. In 2009 I was told I had borderline Anemia but I have never really done anything about it because it hasn't really affected me in any way. In 2014 I was diagnosed with Polycistic Ovarian Syndrome which I was told can cause hair loss and I have always had a litte of that, but not to the extent of it now. Clumps will come out in the shower and also when I brush it before blow drying. I would say at least a good handful once to twice a week when I wash my hair. (I use dry shampoo now so don't have to wash it but once a week because I am so scared of more hair coming out). Even when I don't wash it though, I look down at my shirt and i have strands of hair on me.

So, my issue is that I feel that these issues that I have had for a while are really flaring up right now in a way that I have never seen it. Is that because of something else going on in my body? Or does it have to do with aging making it worse? Please help!
