I Have Been Experiencing Hair Loss With Bald Spots And

I have been experiencing hair loss with bald spots and fine hair. Biopsy involving 2 plugs from scalp shows I have discoid lupus. I was taking Invokana for over several years and found out patients were complaining about hair loss. Will this hair loss I am experiencing will it come back. I am being referred to a arthiritic doctor.
