I Have Been Experiencing High Blood Pressure For About A

I have been experiencing high blood pressure for about a year now. I was on 10 milligrams of lisinopril but the problem persisted. About a week ago my doc increased the dose to 20 mg however my blood pressure seems to stay around 150/88 ish. At this moment, my tongue is numb, my left should has a dull ache that occasionally travels down my arm, and I have mild, dull chest pains. I have not taken my medicine tonight as I usually take it when I go to bed. Any advise?
