I Have Been Experiencing Intermittent Spasmodic Pain Periumbilical To Lower

I have been experiencing intermittent spasmodic pain periumbilical to lower abdomen, it lasts for a couple of hours, I have had these episodes every 2 to 3 days for the past week. They do not follow any pattern, it can be first thing in the morning or later in the afternoon. It doesn't correlate with having eaten anything. After the episode begin I experience nausea and vomitting. Sometimes it feels as though it may be radiating to both flanks. I do not have pain with urination nor blood in my urine.
