I Have Been Experiencing Like Every Month Lose In My

I have been experiencing like every month lose in my vision like one day out of every month I see white and it starts on one of my eyes on the outside then the white works its way to my inside and then it goes away but it takes awhile then it goes to the other eye. Now it still happens but recently I been having times where I just feel dizzy it wont happen for very long but its been happening every day for a week.
