I Have Been Experiencing Loose Bowel Movements For The Last

I have been experiencing loose bowel movements for the last 4 days which includes spotting during the day without any sensation until I notice dampness then discover small amounts of watery feces in my underwear which causes me to change immediately. My appetite is normal and I don't have any other symptoms other that described above. I have reviewed all of what I have eaten over the last 5 days and can't think of anything that might have caused this other than a salad I ate in a restaurant. This is a new experience for me.
