I Have Been Experiencing Lower Back Pain On The Right

I have been experiencing lower back pain on the right side that has been radiating around into my hip and groin area on the right side. It has been going on for a week now. It felt a little better for part of the week, but then I had to do some lifting again yesterday and it has flared back up. Could this be a kidney stone or urinary tract infection? I am not having trouble urinating...not too much and not too little....no urge that makes me feel like I have to go all the time. Just trying to figure out if it is a sore back or something else
