I Have Been Experiencing Lower Burning Sensation For The Past

I have been experiencing lower burning sensation for the past few weeks , the feeling wakes me up early morning . The burning is felt mostly on my vaginal area and kind of lower abdominal. I started to take ural 1 day ago but I still woke up the next morning with the same feeling . The doctor checked my urine and said there was no infection visible .
