I Have Been Experiencing Moderate Pains In My Lower Abdomen

I have been experiencing moderate pains in my lower abdomen for the past few days and these would follow by a sensation that feels like i would have diarrhea but there would be just be regular stool. The pains seem to go away after this and changing position. I have also been passing gas a lot recently
