I Have Been Experiencing Muscle Fatigue And Cramping And Itching

I have been experiencing muscle fatigue and cramping and itching and swelling that seems to move thru my body. I will start itching and five minutes later it's gone and pops up in feet or other places. I have bloating and belching. Lightheaded that comes and goes. Symptoms have been around two weeks. I had cdif from a month of antibiotics around the time the symptoms started and was treated with antibiotics. I have also been on nexium for fifteen years so concerned it could be kidney issues. Wondering what kind of dr could help diagnose problem.
