I Have Been Experiencing, Muscle Pain, Joint Paint(more Than Usual

I have been experiencing, muscle pain, joint paint(more than usual I have severe arthritus), I want to sleep all the time I was recently put on mirobid for urinary tract infection, I have taken, this before, I had a hip injection2 weeks ago, The hip felt good for about 1 week hurts now but not as bad as usual, I feel,weak and a little dizzy, any ideas or should I make an appt with my DR.
