I Have Been Experiencing My Teeth Hurting Only When I

I have been experiencing my teeth hurting only when i get sleepy, the teeth closest to my right ear. After the tooth pain goes numb I'm left with dull achey ear pain unless there is a fan blowing on me then the ear pain is sharp and very painful. Now that it has been a few days I feel light pressure in my left ear. I also get a head ache and my vision gets blurry. All I want to do is sleep the pain away. What is going on ? Is this normal when stressed and over tired? I am very concerned.
