I Have Been Experiencing Neck Pain For The Past Year

I have been experiencing neck pain for the past year and a half. It is constant dull pain the entire back of my neck (from the base of my head to my back). Recently the entire back of my head feels pressure and tenderness. Sometimes I feel a sort of numbness above my upper lip.
