I Have Been Experiencing Pain (ache) In My Breasts And

I have been experiencing pain (ache) in my breasts and in my arm pit area for the past couple of weeks. I do not feel any lumps; however I do have implants so it may be rather hard to tell. In addition, my last mammogram said I have dense breast tissue which may make it more difficult. What would you recommend?
