I Have Been Experiencing Pain Around My Right Abdominal Side

I have been experiencing pain around my right abdominal side and makes my lower back and right leg hurt all the way to my feet. My urine is very dark orangeish brown. Some times after having intercourse with my husband after orgasisming my insides feel like the beginning of labor with all the pressure. What may I be looking at
