I Have Been Experiencing Pain By My Wisdom Tooth. The

I have been experiencing pain by my wisdom tooth. The area is swollen and one of the nerves in the back of my mouth looks like it is being pulled. I experience ear ache sometimes too. There is a small, jelly feeling lump next to my wisdom tooth. I have taken antibiotics and the swelling is still there. I have been to the dentist since but they suggested that I just live with it. I have to take paracetamol every day. The pain is getting unbearable sometimes. Eating and drinking hot or cold stuff causes me pain. I had a filling in the next molar to the bottom left wisdom tooth 2 weeks ago. What do you think the problem could be?
