I Have Been Experiencing Pain For Over A Week Under

I have been experiencing pain for over a week under my left breast. It's very painful to wear a bra since this is right where the underwire goes. It hurts though even when I don't wear a bra. I had laryngitis for over a week and have still been experiencing a dry hacking cough. I though maybe I might have pulled or bruised a rib. Any thoughts?
