I Have Been Experiencing Pain In My Left Groin All

I have been experiencing pain in my left groin all the way up into my left ear. It has gotten gradually worse over the past few weeks. I am unsure of what is going on. Also my left rear really hurts and when seen by a doctor there are no signs of infection
