I Have Been Experiencing Pain In My Lower Back On

I have been experiencing pain in my lower back on both sides and lower abdomen cramping. I have foul smelling urine but it does not hurt when I urinate. It has been going on since about 5 days ago. I had a urine culture and it was negative for an infection. I am not dehydrated and have been drinking plenty of fluids.
