I Have Been Experiencing Pain In My Right Toe....the Middle

I have been experiencing pain in my right toe....the middle joint and the big one that connects the toe to my foot. It hurts to put pressure on it or move it. Feels "caught" or in a cramp. I am a 43 old female and I'm active (play and coach basketball and run). Help
