I Have Been Experiencing Pain In My Upper Right Arm.

I have been experiencing pain in my upper right arm. It's the kind that hurts when I put my coat on, reach for something, etc. or just move my arm in a certain way. The spot is on the outside of my arm, just below the shoulder. When I push on a certain spot, I can pinpoint where it hurts. It's been like this for a couple of weeks, not sure if I should get it checked out or just see if it goes away.
