I Have Been Experiencing Pain In The Lower Right Side

I have been experiencing pain in the lower right side on my groin area and unable to bear weight on my right leg for quite a long time, associated with back pain and stiffness. Actually this has been going on for years and need to finally do something ? Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you David Schumacher
