I Have Been Experiencing Pain On My Shoulder Or Upper

I have been experiencing pain on my shoulder or upper arm. It happens when I fold laundry or something as simple as stirring while im cooking. Its hard for me to do the simplest of things even to brush my hair. Ive had carpel tunnel surgery on both hands already. My legs too if I walk a distance they begin to feel heavy and hurt
