I Have Been Experiencing Pain On The Very Back Right

I have been experiencing pain on the very back right side of my soft palate around the palatoglossal arch - there are no lumps or bumps but when I press my forefinger upwards or around it I feel a very sharp pain.
I feel the pain when I am talking, eating, and sometimes I feel it in my sleep. It feels like I am constantly biting the area but no doctor or dentist can help me. This has been going on for the past week and a half.

I am a 22 year old male.
