I Have Been Experiencing Pains In My Uterus For Quite

I have been experiencing pains in my uterus for quite a few days now. Feel like I'm about to get my period but nothing comes. And it's not due for another 2 weeks. With this I have been getting acid reflux and sometimes randomly vomiting in my mouth. Last night I felt very sick in the tummy so went to bed early.
