I Have Been Experiencing Severe Foot Pain. I Previously Had

I have been experiencing severe foot pain. I previously had plantar fasciitis which cleared. Now the entire top of my foot is painful with weight bearing, but worse when I unload it. It is swollen very stiff and painful across the entire top of my foot and through the arch.
