I Have Been Experiencing Severe Low Stomach Pain On Left

I have been experiencing severe low stomach pain on left side only right above the groin area. It starts as soon as I get up in am and gets worse after even a light breakfast. Only stops when I take a pain pill after abt. 45 mins. I'm scared for my life and am abnormally afraid of hospitals & doctors. What could this pain be and is there anything that can be ruled out please? Also how much do you charge to answer me
