I Have Been Experiencing Severe Stomach Cramps For Over A

I have been experiencing severe stomach cramps for over a week now with occasional fever. Not throwing up, but can't eat anything but protein shakes and crackers. Stool is now black, stomach cramps aren't as bad. Wife has the same symptoms, not as severe and no black stool.
