I Have Been Experiencing Some Pains. My Elbows Are Very

I have been experiencing some pains. My elbows are very tender to the touch and my right hip is painful. There was no injuries. They just suddenly appeared. It's been going on for a few weeks. I normally have some mild joint pain from time to time but this is consistent. I am unable to get comfortable at night. Can't lay on one side for a period of time nor can I keep my arms in anyone position because it is constant pain that keeps me up at night.
