I Have Been Experiencing Some Strange Syptoms Over The Past

I have been experiencing some strange syptoms over the past few weeks. Heart flutters at times, headaches, yesterday I had a short partial loss of vision when I looked at my daughter it was as if I could only see half her face. That did go away after about 30 min. Feeling very tired lately and then today after my 20 min on the tired mill I felt so tired, I laid down and each time it seemed that I would fall asleep. I would wake suddenly feeling as if I were holding my breath and my heart would be racing? These are such all over the place symptoms not sure what to think?
