I Have Been Experiencing Somethin.g Very Strange Lately. My Hands

I have been experiencing somethin.g very strange lately. my hands and feet get sweaty and quickly get cold and lose color then my skin on my hands and feet show a slight grey/purple tone, and I feel pins and needles and feel very nauseous and shaky. When I was in my early 20's I experienced a similar condition w/ the shaky. unstable feeling. w/nauseous. I am still. 5'10'. at 44yrs. and premenopausal. I was 120lbs. in my 20's. I really believed I had Raynaud's. now what?
