I Have Been Experiencing Stiffness, Pain And Sometimes Numbness In

I have been experiencing stiffness, pain and sometimes numbness in my arm for at least a year. I mention it to my doctor but never diagnose me with anything. I was prescribed a medication to treat arthritis. I have had two MRI's and it showed that I had disc problems. I went to physical therapy for two years but the symptoms never went away. I need help so I can be able to communicate with my doctor about treatment.
