I Have Been Experiencing The Following Things For About A

I have been experiencing the following things for about a week. Frequent urination, painful burning urination, when going to pee only a little at a time, diarrhea, nausea and tiredness. Then two days ago my urethra has gotten so sore and feels swollen, yesterday there was small amounts of blood. Now today there is blood and like clear discharge and I'm sore all of over pelvic area.
