I Have Been Experiencing This Problem For A While, But

I have been experiencing this problem for a while, but while working on the "flood recovery" it became intense. My feet were so cold and painful I put a heating pad under them to warm up. Thats when i noticed I only felt the warmth in my left foot. I had it on quite a while but never did feel the heat from the pad. I have had a lot of numbness and tingling in my foot and lower leg. At times I have lost my balance but didn't know why. I am 60 years old and have heart problems
