I Have Been Experiencing Upper Right Side Pain In Back

I have been experiencing upper right side pain in back area that comes to the front. It hurts most when sitting. When bending forward there is a tingling sensation. I have had an xray that didn't show anything. I've had urine tested also which came back negative. Could it be more than just a muscle strain?
