I Have Been Experiencing Virus Like Symptoms For With Nausea

I have been experiencing virus like symptoms for with Nausea but not throwing up and today started with diarrhea and the color of the stool is a dark green, what do you suggest it could be? I had blood work done yesterday at my doctors office (I went in Saturday to see why my ankles were swelling, which they are normal now) and the Nurse Practitioner ordered these test.Haven't heard anything yet from them. Should I be concerned, Im really not sure if it is a virus or not but feels like it is.Thanks.
