I Have Been Experiencing Vomiting Diarrhea Constipation And Stomach Cramps

I have been experiencing vomiting diarrhea constipation and stomach cramps since August 20th. My labs show that my pancreas enzymes was elevated. An ultrasound showed that it was enlarged however a CT scan showed that it was unremarkable. I am still experiencing this since August 20th I am due to receive a upper GI scope on October 7th I was wondering what could it be I'm not able to eat food I have to drink Pedialyte and eat crackers can you help me thank you.
