I Have Been Experiencing Wheezing For A Couple Of Weeks

I have been experiencing wheezing for a couple of weeks but I am a smoker. However i have been also experiencing very bad heart burn, almost daily. after lunch and after dinner and in the middle of the night. 2 days ago i started developing a rash, all over arms and legs and then this morning it has spread around my stomach and on my buttocks. it's very itchy and when i scratch it welts...
