I Have Been Extremely Nervous Since Having Nuclear Stress Test

I have been extremely nervous since having nuclear stress test 10 days ago. It will even wake me in middle of night. My blood pressure has been higher than usually. Sometimes feel as tho heart racing, but when taking pulse it will be no higher than 90 and that figure not even daily. I am not normally a nervous person. Maybe 2 times a year I may have panic attacks, but don't think Ive had one of those in over a year. 76 year old female. Only taking Nexium, Zetia, Synthroid, and Hydrocholorizide. Don't average being sick twice a year with sinus or bronchitis.
